Questions about plans
Is a plan for my account or for one event?
For one event. Each event has its own plan, so you can keep a small gathering on Free and give a wedding a bigger plan. There is no subscription.
What counts towards the Free limit?
Every photo and video counts toward 33 total uploads, including up to 3 videos. Deleting media frees storage, but not upload allowance.
How does fair use work?
Your guests can share as many photos and videos as a real event produces. Fair use protects the service from abuse, and the file size and storage limits shown on each plan still apply.
How long can guests upload?
The upload window is separate from gallery storage: Free: Guests can upload for 1 day · Experience: Guests can upload for 1 month · Signature: Guests can upload for 90 days.
How long are photos kept?
Gallery storage is counted from the day after your event: Free: Kept for 7 days · Experience: Kept for 12 months · Signature: Kept for 24 months. Download everything before it ends.
